Let's celebrate the season of Beltane together
EVENT DESCRIPTION
Beltane: one of the most celebrated pagan holidays on the Wheel of the Year and which, with the 1st of May, inaugurates the season that continues until the Summer Solstice.
It is the time in which Nature flourishes to its maximum splendour. The moment in which we ourselves emerge in all our energy, and give full strength to the realisation of our projects, dreams, and desires.
It is the season in which, in the Avalonian tradition, we honour Goddess Rhiannon, in her fire of passion and love, and in which we also honour the energies of the hieros gamos - the sacred union between God and Goddess, between male and female energies.
